Main North Road Concept Plan + Investment Attraction Strategy

Following on from the successful development of Prospect and Churchill Roads, Jensen PLUS were engaged by the City of Prospect to transform Main North Road into a ‘Green Corporate Boulevard’. The concept focuses on moderating the traffic impacts of this busy corridor making it a greener, safer and more inviting place to do business and to live close to. Jensen PLUS then led a team to prepare detailed designs for the first stage of upgrades, between Kintore Avenue and Willcox Avenue.

Concurrent to the streetscape design process, Jensen PLUS undertook an Investment Attraction Strategy for Main North Road (and North East Road for Walkerville Council) which analyses key sites along the corridor and their suitability for a range of future uses based on size, access, demand and markets.

Jensen PLUS provided a full range of planning, design and economic services to deliver a scheme that doesn’t just focus on physical change, but also the strategic moves required to revitalise this important corridor and neighbourhood.
